KEY STRENGHTHS

With a 70% market share in France, SNIC Technologies is the leader in train detectors and benefits from a positioning that covers the entire value chain of railway signalling.

The group operates in a market with high barriers to entry and maintains long-term relationships with key customers such as SNCF and RATP.

Its ability to integrate acquisitions and its large order book are major assets for pursuing its development.

RESPONSIBLE APPROACH

The group benefits from a favourable social climate (low turnover, long employee tenure) and is ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certified, with ISO 14001 certification targeted. It has carried out two carbon assessments (2021 and 2024), is moving its sites to more energy-efficient buildings and is rolling out a circular economy model for refurbishing train detectors.

PROJECT

  • OPERATIONAL STRENGHTHENING: structuring of the management team
  • EXTERNAL GROWTH : active build-up strategy, 6 acquisitions completed (France, Spain…)
