OVERVIEW

Founded in 1985 and based in Weyersheim (Bas-Rhin), SDAG Adhésifs specializes in the design, cutting and distribution of technical films and adhesives and related products for signage and visual communication professionals.

Led by Didier Hariot and Bertrand Delhoume, the group employs 70 people and serves the communication, mobility and interior design sectors. It offers more than 7,000 product references from over 160 suppliers and has been developing its own brand, SD Médias, since 2016.

SDAG Adhésifs is recognized for its responsiveness and the depth of its product range, as well as for its technical expertise and the quality of its customer service, supported by a structured sales organization.

The group benefits from a strong regional footprint with three sites in France (Weyersheim, Nantes, Paris) and two subsidiaries in Switzerland and Belgium.

In addition, SDAG continues the development of its own brand, SD Médias, offering a range of complementary products with c.500 references.

RESPONSIBLE APPROACH

The group has implemented a program for the collection and recovery of recyclable materials, while taking steps to reduce its consumption and waste generation, and is also developing a range of eco-friendly products, including solar films that help improve the energy performance of buildings.

This commitment has been recognized with an EcoVadis Gold rating as well as PEFC, Greenguard and OEKO-TEX certifications.

PROJET

InnovaFonds acquired a stake in 2026 as part of an MBO, enabling Didier Hariot to continue the transfer of his company, CEO Bertrand Delhoume to increase his shareholding, and the historical financial investor to obtain liquidity.

InnovaFonds supports the group’s growth strategy along three main pillars:

• ORGANIC GROWTH: acceleration of the own brand, international expansion

• OPERATIONAL STRENGTHENING : structuring of key functions

• EXTERNAL GROWTH : active build-up strategy, with several targets identified and under review
