SALINI IMMOBILIER

ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY FOR INDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTICS FACILITIES

Founded in 1965, Salini Immobilier is an engineering firm and general contractor specializing in the design-build and renovation of mid-sized industrial and logistics buildings and business parks for SME/mid-cap clients and institutional investors.

Led by Serge de Oliveira and based in Île-de-France, the group covers the strategic Lille-Paris-Lyon-Marseille corridor with 6 regional branches and 79 employees.

KEY STRENGTHS

With more than 60 years of experience, Salini Immobilier has developed recognized expertise in managing real estate projects, from identifying opportunities to controlling construction costs, including the selection and coordination of partners and subcontractors.

The group relies on an integrated engineering department, giving it distinctive technical know-how across the entire value chain.

Positioned in the mid-sized asset segment (3,000 to 10,000 m²), Salini Immobilier operates in an attractive and resilient market. Its network of branches, located close to local stakeholders, enables it to cover the main industrial and logistics hubs.

RESPONSIBLE APPROACH

As a player in industrial and logistics real estate, Salini Immobilier places environmental issues at the heart of its projects thanks to an engineering department specializing in eco-design and the development of renovation and rehabilitation solutions.

The group complements this approach with initiatives to decarbonize its activities, notably through the electrification of its vehicle fleet.

PROJECT

As part of the MBO completed in 2025, Innovafonds supported the management transfer of Salini Immobilier to Serge de Oliveira and his teams, while enabling the exit of the historical family and financial shareholders.

Innovafonds supports the group’s growth strategy along three main areas:

  • ORGANIC GROWTH: development of recently opened branches, continued expansion of the regional network and development of the renovation offering
  • OPERATIONAL STRENGTHENING: deployment of an ERP, integration of AI tools
  • EXTERNAL GROWTH: opportunistic strategy, acquisition of GEFEC in 2026 strengthening the group’s presence in western Île-de-France and creating a division dedicated to renovation.
