Founded in 2003 by Sébastien Taveau, Novae specialises in technical services for high-technology industries, with an exposure mainly focused on the aerospace and defence sectors.

The group supports its clients throughout the entire life cycle of their projects, from design to maintenance in operational condition (MCO), through two complementary areas of expertise: technical support and technical training.

Based in Lyon and Paris, Novae employs more than 400 people.
