ISORE

EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION WORKS

Founded in 1989 near Laval (Mayenne), Isore specializes in external thermal insulation (ETI), using rainscreen cladding and External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS), for both renovation and new construction.

Led by Loïc Stefanelly and Franck Hardy, the group has 170 employees and 7 branches in western and northern France. It operates in both public and private markets, primarily serving social housing landlords and co-owned residential buildings, as well as public-access buildings such as hospitals and schools.

KEY STRENGTHS

The Isore group carries out all of its projects in-house through mobile teams, with recognized expertise in large housing complexes and critical sites (asbestos, high-rise buildings).

The group benefits from a favorable regulatory framework, driven by structural needs for energy renovation.

RESPONSIBLE APPROACH

The group has placed the environmental transition at the heart of its strategy by developing low-carbon alternatives in external thermal insulation, notably through the use of sustainable materials. This comprehensive approach has been recognized with the Lucie 26000 CSR label.

In addition, a broad-based employee share ownership scheme through an FCPE (employee savings fund) has been set up to involve employees in the group’s development.

PROJECT

Innovafonds invested in the company at the end of 2025 alongside Isore’s management and its historical investors to support the group’s new phase of development. Innovafonds supports the group’s growth strategy along three main lines: :

  • ORGANIC GROWTH : further development of the cladding and ETI businesses;
  • VALUE SHARING : implementation of an employee share ownership scheme;
  • EXTERNAL GROWTH : exploring external growth opportunities to strengthen the regional footprint.
