PACKAGING SOLUTIONS DESIGN

Founded in 1867, A. Paviot Group (Corbas, Rhône) is a family-owned group specialising in the design, manufacture and marketing of paper and aluminium food-contact packaging solutions.

Initially specialising in paper packaging, the group diversified in 2006 with the acquisition of Auvergne Impression, a manufacturer of aluminium food-contact packaging, notably for the chocolate and cheese markets.

Led by Alexandre Paviot, the group employs more than 100 people.

RESPONSIBLE APPROACH

Operating in markets driven by sustainability issues, A. Paviot Group has developed a range of 100% recyclable and compostable paper food packaging. Its model is based on responsible FSC- and PEFC-certified sourcing, the use of water-based inks and recognised expertise in low-grammage papers, which reduces raw material consumption.

PROJECT

Innovafonds acquired a stake in 2023 alongside the CEO to support the first opening of the share capital of this independent family business.

Innovafonds supports the Group’s growth strategy along three main lines:

• ORGANIC GROWTH: strengthening export positions and developing innovative 100% recyclable and compostable products

• OPERATIONAL STRENGTHENING: successful integration of the acquisitions made within the group and support in structuring its management

• EXTERNAL GROWTH: active build-up strategy, with the completed acquisitions of A2E Emballages (2023) and Parisot Emballages (2025) to broaden expertise and cover new geographical areas.
