FLEURET

TECHNICAL CONTAINERS FOR AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE

Founded in 1987, the Fleuret group specialises in the design and manufacture of containers, cases and tooling for the transport and handling of high-value-added sub-assemblies for the Aerospace, Space & Defence sector. The group also has niche expertise in the fitting and polishing of sensitive titanium parts.

Led since 2023 by Antoine Larger, the Fleuret Group has more than 250 employees across its headquarters near Toulouse, its two best-cost plants in Tunisia and its recent acquisitions in Brittany and Centre-Val de Loire.

KEY STRENGTH

Fleuret is a recognised Tier 1 supplier to major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the aerospace, space and defence sectors, with full control of the value chain: from requirements definition to manufacturing, including maintenance and retrofit.

The market is protected by high barriers to entry: demanding certifications, recognised technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships. Driven by favourable market dynamics, the group benefits from a strong order book.

Since our investment in 2025, the group has already completed two transformative add-on acquisitions to strengthen its defence business and expand its geographical footprint.

RESPONSIBLE APPROACH

In 2024, the group carried out the relocation of its four industrial sites to a single, less energy-intensive assembly site generating fewer logistics flows.

The group has developed its maintenance and retrofit offering for containers and mobile shelters (for military use), extending their service life.

PROJECT

Innovafonds invested in the group through an MBO completed in 2025, in order to support the family succession of the group to Antoine Larger, enable the exit of a financial shareholder and complete the strategic acquisition of B.R.C.

Innovafonds actively supports the Group’s growth strategy along three main pillars:

  • ORGANIC GROWTH: supporting customers’ production ramp-ups, extension of the B.R.C. site, strengthening of the defence offering, diversification into adjacent sectors (nuclear, medical)
  • OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENT: delivery of post-acquisition synergies, increase in production capacity, and structuring of the organisation and the executive committee
  • EXTERNAL GROWTH: completion of two transformative acquisitions (B.R.C. and Objectif Emballages) within 12 months to strengthen the defence business and expand the geographical footprint closer to customers
